Rachel Silvey Associate Professor University of Toronto
Rachel Silvey is best known for her work on women’s labor and migration in Indonesia. She has also published her work in the fields of critical development studies, feminist geography, and diaspora/transnational studies. Her research has been featured in a number of recent anthologies that define the subfields of geography, and she has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in disciplinary and inter-disciplinary journals.
